Clubs & Athletics
Extra Curricular activities, including clubs and athletics, serve as a vehicle to enrich the basic school experience for children. Students are encouraged to explore these opportunities and to participate whenever possible. Even so, these activities are secondary to academic studies, and monitoring of child’s progress is imperative.
DRAMA CLUB
Drama Club is open to students in 2nd thru 8th grade who practice often for their annual production.
ATHLETICS
Athletics is offered for students in grades 5th - 8th grade. ​​

CHOIR
Choir is offered weekly following dismissal. Students in 3rd - 8th grade that have a interest in singing, are highly encouraged to participate. The choir participates in the weekly school Mass as well as the school's yearly concerts.
ART CLUB
​​Art Club is an opportunity for the students to learn more and continue to have a love for the arts.
NATIONAL JUNIOR HONOR SOCIETY
​​The Notre Dame Chapter of the National Junior Honor Society was formed to promote appropriate recognition for 7th and 8th grade students who reflect outstanding accomplishments in the areas of scholarship, character, leadership, citizenship, and service. Making a positive difference in the lives of individual members and in the spirit of the community and school, NJHS is a co-curricular activity open to all students who choose to apply themselves and meet the five established criteria for membership. It provides a way for members to bring new offerings such as service projects, activities, etc. to other students in the school, thus broadening the overall variety of opportunities available to all students.
STUDENT COUNCIL
​​Student Council at Notre Dame Catholic School serves the school and the community by organizing and participating in service projects, planning activities to cultivate school spirit, and modeling positive values-based behavior. Students elected to the Student Council practice leadership, responsibility, and cooperation as they work to create a healthy and vibrant school environment where the democratic process and a commitment to productive collaboration are evident. Council members seek to model Christ as they witness their faith to others through their words and actions.
SPIRIT CLUB
Spirit Club meets weekly. The club is for students in 1-3 grades. They participate in the Brooksville Christmas Parade, athletic games during the winter seasons, as well as, perform for the school during assemblies.
