Please use the below form as a way of submitting prayer requests. These requests will be sent out weekly to the Notre Dame school community. If you choose for your request to stay only internally with the school staff then please mark "no" when asked if we may share your prayer with others.
Prayers will be visible to all school families on ParentsWeb for a couple of weeks.
